By downloading, installing, or using Prism, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Prism is an AI-powered application that generates content based on user prompts and interactions. The app utilizes artificial intelligence models to provide responses, generate content, and facilitate user experiences. All AI inference is powered by OpenRouter.
3. In-App Purchases
Prism offers in-app purchases for premium features, additional credits, or subscription services. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by Prism is created by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any generated content.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use Prism to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
- Use the service for any commercial purpose without authorization
6. Data and Privacy
Your data is stored securely using Firebase cloud hosting. We never sell your data or use it for marketing purposes. Your privacy is our priority. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.
7. Social Features
Prism may include social features that allow users to interact with each other. You are responsible for your interactions with other users. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict access to social features at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
Prism and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by John Leonardo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you generate using the app belongs to you, subject to our license to operate the service.
9. Disclaimers
Prism is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, John Leonardo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Prism.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Prism after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Prism immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms.

14. Apple EULA Acknowledgement
You and John Leonardo acknowledge that these Terms & Conditions are concluded between you and John Leonardo only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). John Leonardo, not Apple, is solely responsible for Prism and its content. These terms do not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
15. Scope of License
The license granted to you for Prism is limited to a non-transferable license to use Prism on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The Licensed Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
16. Maintenance and Support
John Leonardo is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to Prism, as specified in these Terms & Conditions or as required under applicable law. You and John Leonardo acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to Prism.
17. Warranty
John Leonardo is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of Prism to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for Prism to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to Prism, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of John Leonardo.
18. Product Claims
You and John Leonardo acknowledge that John Leonardo, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to Prism or your possession and/or use of Prism, including but not limited to:
- Product liability claims
- Any claim that Prism fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement
- Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation, including in connection with Prism's use of the HealthKit and HomeKit frameworks (if applicable)
These Terms & Conditions do not limit the liability of John Leonardo to you beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
19. Intellectual Property Rights
You and John Leonardo acknowledge that, in the event of any third party claim that Prism or your possession and use of Prism infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, John Leonardo, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
20. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that:
- You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country
- You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties

22. Third Party Terms of Agreement
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using Prism. For example, if you use Prism with wireless data services, you must not be in violation of your wireless data service agreement when using Prism.
23. Third Party Beneficiary
You and John Leonardo acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of these Terms & Conditions. Upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Terms & Conditions, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms & Conditions against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.
